  • No. Creating an account is optional. You can check out as a guest if you prefer.

Order & Payment

  • Simply add your chosen items to your basket and follow the checkout process. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • Many of our products are handmade or crafted from natural materials. This means variations in colour, texture, and shape may occur, making each piece unique, but never too far from its description photo. These variations are not considered faults. Please note, all items are carefully inspected before they start their journey to you.

  • If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@artelilecollective.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

  • We accept the following secure payment methods: Debit & Credit cards issued by VISA or Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay

    All payments are processed securely and we do not store your card details.

Shipping & Handling

  • No, we currently ship within the UK only. We are working on safe and secure ways to ship internationally so stay tuned.

  • All orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked services to ensure your order can be safely monitored during transit.

  • Dispatch times vary depending on the product. But we will aim to dispatch within 5 working days. Once dispatched, Royal Mail delivery times typically range from 1–3 working days. Please get in touch with us if you need your order sooner.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

  • We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

    As a small business, every product we create is made with care, intention, and love. We are committed to doing better for the environment and supporting the people in our community, and we truly appreciate your thoughtfulness when placing orders and requesting returns.

  • To start a return or exchange, please contact our team at hello@artelilecollective.com with the following details: Order Number, Your Name, Product Name, Quantity, Reason for Returning, and a member of our team will get back to you within 24 working hours.

  • We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

  • Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We kindly ask that you use a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. If an item is returned in a condition other than its original state, any resulting loss in value may be deducted from the refund.

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 working days or depending on your bank processing time. Any loss in value due to improper handling may be deducted.
